Please note that a Security Deposit between ￡150 and ￡500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges', including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. If your security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, the hotel will be entitled to recover this from you without delay.

Epic Apart Hotel is located at 25-27 Seel St, Liverpool, L1 4AU. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. A minimum payment of 25% is required at the time of booking, which will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of checking in.
Proof of Age:
The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, Epic Apart Hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking.

A security deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges', including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 10 days.

Penthouse Fine Print
All guests must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. All guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. （軍聞社記者李忠軒高雄18日電）海軍左營後勤支援指揮部今日舉辦第2屆策略聯盟技勤競賽，邀請南部地區技職學校學生與海軍官兵透過競賽交流專業技能，提升彼此競爭力與修護能量。
競賽上午在海軍左營軍區舉行，區分工業電子、工業配線、車工、鉗工及電腦輔助機械製圖等項目，來自臺南海事、岡山農工等10所技職學校的學生，與海軍技術學校及左支部戰系廠同仁競賽。
比賽開始前，首先由評審老師說明比賽規定及注意事項後，選手們隨即著手製作作品；過程中，他們專注的閱讀作品規格說明，細心執行每個步驟，尤其在車工及鉗工比賽場地，選手們滿頭大汗賣力完成每個動作，再將作品交由評審檢視，力求達到最完美的境界。
最後，左支部特別舉行閉幕典禮，頒獎表揚各項賽事前三名得主。左支部表示，舉辦技勤競賽不僅能增加學生實務工作經驗，建立技術交流平台，更可增進學子對部隊專業層面的認識，進而吸引優秀人才進入軍中；競賽活動不管對官兵或是在校學子而言，都是一個難得的學習機會，不僅可以精進專業技能，更可以提升個人競爭力。
