On arrival, credit card details will be required as a guarantee for any possible damage. The card holder must be present during check-in.
Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older.
Check-in after 21:00 will be charged GBP 20 and after midnight will be charged GBP 30.
Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised directly to guests.
For bookings of 8 persons or more, guests under 25 years old and same-day bookings, different policies and additional supplements apply.
Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged.
A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
For groups of 6 guests or more, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person. The final balance is to be paid upon arrival.
Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown.
Properties may be located within a 15-minute walk from the advertised area.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and credit card used for the booking. The card holder must be present upon arrival.
Visitors after 22:00 are not permitted. Guests may be evicted if this rule is not adhered to. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Unit 13, Adler Street, E1 1EG London. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 臉書「爆料公社」有網友po出一張照片，只見一台刷卡機上貼著「路佳」兩個字，讓人乍看滿頭問號，但下方註明「（刷這裡）」，才想到要用台語發音，原來這名客運司機怕長輩搭車時不知道要在哪刷卡，所以貼心地用紙條提醒。
《三立新聞》報導，po文網友指出，自己搭乘台西客運，在刷卡機上看到「路佳」兩個字時也困惑了很久，發現是「刷這裡」的台語發音後，更是笑翻。
報導指出，客運司機表示，因為當地長者較多，有時候長輩們不知道要在哪刷卡付車資，因此他特地貼上紙條，用國台語提醒長輩們「在這裡刷卡」，就算長輩們看不懂，也可以直接提醒「刷粉紅色的地方」。
這張照片也引發網友熱烈迴響，網友們稱讚司機的舉動貼心又幽默，也有部分網友表示自己第一時間也反應不過來，有人想「是哪個女學生名字？」還有人說「以為是路況佳」。
